1. Executive Summary
GLYTCH is a local-first, sovereign operations platform built by Omega UI, LLC. It unifies four normally separate systems — an AI operations assistant, a professional document and agreement pipeline, a revenue operations engine, and a peer-to-peer device mesh — inside one application that runs as a web app, a mobile web experience, and an installable progressive web app.
The platform is organized around a single principle: the operator keeps control. Records are scoped by row-level security so each one is visible only to the people entitled to it. The device mesh speaks a hardware-level command protocol instead of routing through third-party clouds. The AI assistant acts on the user’s own records under an explicit, auditable permission set rather than an open-ended capability grant.
This paper documents each functional domain, the architecture that connects them, the data model beneath them, and the automation engine that keeps the platform working while nobody is watching.
2. Platform at a Glance
The platform is delivered as one navigable workspace with eight capability domains. Each domain is independently useful; together they form a single operational surface for a professional services or field-operations business.
GLYTCH Assistant
A conversational and voice-driven operations butler with persistent memory, slash-command planning, media generation, and document understanding.
Conversation Intelligence
Client and professional message threads with summarization, action-item extraction, meeting capture, notifications, and scheduled weekly digests.
Legal & Document Operations
Thirty-four professional form and agreement types, multi-party electronic signature, tamper-evident document hashing, PDF generation, and client-facing portals.
Case & Deadline Management
Matter history, billable time capture, deadline tracking, and a chronological activity timeline across every case.
Workspaces & Collaboration
Shared documents with role-based membership, version history with author attribution, and invitation flows.
Revenue Operations
Google Sheets CRM synchronization, deterministic lead scoring, stale-lead automation, and sales performance tracking against goals.
Sovereign Mesh
WebSocket command and telemetry channel to local hardware nodes using the Universal Command Protocol, with presence, peer messaging, and QR pairing.
Knowledge & Analytics
Semantic search across owned records, a prompt template library, long-term memory, artifact storage, and conversation, operational, and mesh analytics.
3. System Architecture
GLYTCH is organized into seven cooperating layers. Each layer is independently replaceable, which keeps the platform portable across hosting environments and device classes.
Presentation layer
A React 18 single-page application built on Vite and Tailwind CSS with a component library throughout. Framer Motion drives page transitions; primary tabs are mounted once and toggled so that tab state and scroll position survive navigation. A light and dark theme system runs through design tokens rather than component-level overrides.
Application layer
More than forty routed views behind a protected-route boundary, lazy-loaded on demand. A single shared layout provides a desktop mega-menu, a mobile bottom tab bar, safe-area insets, and a persistent assistant widget on every non-assistant screen.
Intelligence layer
The GLYTCH agent operates with a fixed set of entity tools and persistent memory. Large-language-model calls handle command planning, meeting extraction, document summarization, digest composition, and semantic ranking over the user’s own corpus.
Service layer
Eight secure backend functions execute on an edge runtime. Connector-backed access to Google Calendar and Google Sheets is brokered by the platform, so no third-party credentials are held in the client.
Automation layer
A workflow engine supports interval schedules, cron schedules, and entity-change triggers. Automations invoke the same backend services the interface uses, so scheduled and interactive paths share one implementation.
Data layer
Fifteen domain entities with declarative row-level security, plus a built-in identity entity. User-supplied files are stored in private storage and reached only through short-lived signed URLs.
Mesh layer
A resilient WebSocket client speaks the Universal Command Protocol to local nodes. A bridge service converts inbound heartbeats, telemetry, and node events into durable records, closing the loop between hardware and the operator interface.
4. GLYTCH Assistant & Conversation Intelligence
The assistant is the platform’s command surface. It answers questions, performs work across the operator’s records, and behaves proactively through memory and automation. Two entry points are provided: a full-screen assistant workspace and an embedded widget available on every other screen.
Conversational and voice interface
Text and speech in both directions, with browser-native recognition and synthesis, a dedicated microphone capture flow, speech-state visualization, and hands-free reply playback.
Persistent memory
Facts the assistant learns about the operator are stored as durable memory entries, scoped per user, pinnable for quick recall, and referenced naturally in later responses.
Command Mode
Slash commands are interpreted and planned by a model, then executed as ordered steps across records — pipeline contacts, tasks, conversations, appointments, and mesh peers — with live per-step progress and a closing confirmation.
Task extraction
Action items inside a conversation are converted into structured tasks carrying a title, detail, priority, due date, owner, and a link back to the message they came from.
Session history
Every assistant session is persisted with its full transcript, listed in a history view, and reloadable or exportable for records and handover.
Media generation
Image generation, storyboard composition, and AI video generation with in-app playback, driven from the same conversational surface.
Document and meeting intelligence
Uploaded documents are analyzed and summarized; meeting requests inside threads are parsed into calendar-ready events with attendees, times, and locations.
Proactive reporting
A weekly digest generator aggregates conversation activity into a report with action items and key metrics, and scheduled delivery keeps stakeholders informed without manual effort.
5. Legal & Document Operations
The document pipeline covers the full arc of a professional engagement: intake, drafting, party assembly, signature, distribution, and archival. It supports thirty-four form and agreement types across eleven professional categories, including healthcare, real estate, creative, coaching, fitness, education, technology, and finance.
Document assembly
Templates are composed into a rendered agreement body, with parties, roles, contact details, and case references attached as structured data rather than free text.
Multi-party electronic signature
Each party signs in sequence on a signature surface; signatures, timestamps, and network details are recorded per signer, and status advances through draft, pending, partially signed, signed, completed, and archived.
Tamper evidence
A document fingerprint is computed at signature time so later modification of the record is detectable.
Distribution
Countersigned copies are emailed to each party, and PDF export is available for download, filing, and external delivery.
Client-facing portals
Clients and professional counterparties access their own documents and conversations through scoped views, seeing only the records they are party to.
Drafting and ingestion
A drafting studio produces first-pass language, a library supplies ready-made templates, and a drop zone accepts existing documents for ingestion into the pipeline.
Case management
Matters carry a chronological activity timeline, captured billable time, and tracked deadlines, so the legal record and the commercial record stay aligned.
6. Workspaces & Collaboration
Workspaces give a team one shared document with clear accountability for who may read, edit, and invite.
Role-based membership
Members are assigned owner, editor, or viewer roles, and invitations are issued from within the workspace.
Version history
Every significant edit is captured as a numbered snapshot carrying its content, author, timestamp, and a short summary of the change.
Linked transcripts
A workspace can reference its originating conversation, keeping the discussion and the document in one thread.
Case association
Workspaces can be tied to a case reference so project work, documents, and billing reconcile to the same matter.
7. Revenue Operations
The revenue module treats the pipeline as a first-class dataset with deterministic scoring, automated follow-up discipline, and measurable targets.
Google Sheets synchronization
Pipeline spreadsheets are read through the platform’s Google connection and mapped into contact records, with row identity preserved so re-syncs update rather than duplicate.
Deterministic lead scoring
Each contact receives a transparent 0–100 score derived from contactability, pipeline stage, and recency of contact — no black-box ranking. Scores map to HOT, WARM, and COLD tiers.
Follow-up urgency
Recency of last contact is classified as OK, MEDIUM, HIGH, or CRITICAL, and never-contacted records are surfaced as critical by definition.
Stale-lead automation
A daily sweep scans leads and prospects, creates prioritized follow-up tasks for anything stale beyond thresholds, and suppresses duplicates so a single lead never generates a task pile.
Sales performance tracking
Weekly performance against goals for new leads, meetings set, opportunities, revenue, conversion rate, and satisfaction, with on-track and below-goal states and a critical alert when conversion lags.
Outreach cadence
A three-touch follow-up sequence — initial outreach, value touchpoint, and final nudge — supplies ready-to-send language consistent with the corporate identity, and outbound contact is rate-limited to one message per lead per forty-eight hours.
One-tap activity logging
Marking a contact as reached updates the recency field immediately, which re-scores the lead and resets its urgency classification in the same view.
8. Sovereign Mesh & Universal Command Protocol
The mesh is the platform’s hardware-facing tier. It lets the operator see, command, and receive telemetry from local nodes over a direct channel rather than through a third-party cloud broker.
Universal Command Protocol
A structured packet format for dispatching energy-optimized task instructions to local hardware, with a console for issuing and inspecting commands.
Resilient socket layer
A persistent WebSocket client with automatic reconnection and locally retained session identity keeps the channel alive across network interruptions and page reloads.
Presence and telemetry
Nodes report heartbeats, status, connectivity type across BLE, Wi-Fi, and bridged transports, signal strength, and an approximate location hint for routing.
Peer messaging
Nodes exchange directed messages carrying encryption and delivery state, allowing direct device-to-device communication as well as device-to-operator traffic.
Tunnel bridge
A bridge service connects to the secure tunnel endpoint and writes inbound heartbeats, telemetry, and node events into durable records, so mesh activity becomes queryable history.
Automated sentry pruning
A five-minute sweep marks any node silent beyond its expected interval as offline, keeping presence data honest without operator intervention.
Account-free device pairing
Nodes pair through a QR token exchange, so a device can join the mesh through a hardware handshake rather than a traditional account login.
Operator surfaces
A mesh monitor with node grid and live event feed, mesh analytics, a sovereign node registry, a nearby-node discovery view, and tunnel configuration.
9. Knowledge, Search & Memory
Everything the platform produces remains retrievable. Search and recall operate over the operator’s own records, and the results are ranked by relevance to intent rather than by keyword match alone.
Semantic search
Natural-language queries resolve to ranked matches across conversations and tasks, returning the passages that matter and their source records.
Prompt library
Reusable AI personas and instruction sets are stored with tags and activation counters, so a proven prompt can be switched on rather than retyped.
Long-term memory
Learned facts about the operator are managed, pinned, and searched as their own dataset, and they feed back into assistant responses.
Artifact store
Generated and uploaded documents, images, code, and audio are catalogued with type, tags, and pinning for quick retrieval.
Code workspace
A dedicated pad for drafting and storing technical snippets alongside the artifacts they belong to.
Analytics
Conversation analytics track session volume, message frequency, modeled answer confidence over time, topic clustering, and user-type composition; operational and mesh analytics extend the same measurement discipline to the rest of the platform.
10. Automation & Orchestration Engine
Automations run the platform’s recurring obligations. There are four live workflows today, three time-based and one event-driven, each invoking a backend service so the scheduled path and the interactive path share one implementation.
| Automation | Trigger | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Peer Sentry TTL Prune | Every 5 minutes | Marks silent mesh nodes offline and reports online count |
| Stagnant Lead Follow-up Flagging | Daily, 09:00 | Creates CRITICAL and HIGH follow-up tasks for stale or never-contacted leads |
| Weekly Digest Generator | Weekly, Monday 09:00 | Aggregates conversation activity into a digest report and delivers it |
| Form-to-CRM Sync | On form record creation | Reconciles pipeline data from the connected spreadsheet |
11. Data Model
Fifteen domain entities carry the platform’s state, each with row-level security declared at the schema level. Access follows ownership: records about a user belong to that user, records created for a client are visible to that client, and operational datasets are restricted to administrators.
| Entity | Purpose | Access scope |
|---|---|---|
| Conversation | Client and professional message threads with status, tags, and summary | Creator, participant, or admin |
| ChatSession | Assistant session transcript with embedded messages | Owner or admin |
| Task | Extracted action items with priority, status, due date, and owner | Owner, assigned user, or admin |
| Form | Professional intake and agreement documents across 34 types | Creator, signing party, or admin |
| LegalForm | Legal-grade agreements with parties, signature audit, and document hash | Creator, party, or admin |
| Workspace | Shared workspace with members, roles, and version history | Members or admin |
| Appointment | Scheduled appointments with attendees, duration, and status | Owner, attendee, or admin |
| MeetingEvent | Meetings extracted from conversation for calendar scheduling | Creator, attendee, or admin |
| WeeklyReport | Weekly digest with action items and key metrics | Creator, recipient, or admin |
| CRMRecord | Synced pipeline contacts with stage, notes, and contact recency | Administrators only |
| Peer | Mesh node identity, connectivity, telemetry, and presence | Administrators only |
| Message | Mesh peer-to-peer message envelope with encryption and delivery state | Sender, recipient, or admin |
| Learning | Persistent memory facts about the operator | Owner or admin |
| PromptTemplate | Reusable AI prompt personas with activation counters | Creator or admin |
| Artifact | Catalogued documents, images, code, and audio with tags | Creator or admin |
12. Integrations & External Systems
External access is brokered by the platform’s connection layer, so credentials never live in the client application. The platform connects to two Google services today and exposes a broad set of built-in model capabilities.
| Integration | Type | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Google Calendar | OAuth connector | Meeting scheduling and calendar synchronization of extracted meeting events |
| Google Sheets | OAuth connector | Pipeline spreadsheet reading and CRM record synchronization |
| Language models | Built-in capability | Command planning, meeting extraction, summarization, digest composition, semantic ranking, and document analysis |
| Image generation | Built-in capability | Visual asset and storyboard creation |
| Video generation | Built-in capability | AI video creation with in-app playback |
| Speech synthesis and transcription | Built-in capability | Voice replies and audio-to-text capture |
| Email delivery | Built-in capability | Signing copies, digests, and notification correspondence |
| File storage | Built-in capability | Private storage for user uploads with short-lived signed access URLs |
| GitHub | Single sign-on | Identity and authentication for platform access |
13. Security, Privacy & Compliance
Security is enforced at the data layer rather than the interface, so a record a user should not see is never returned to the client in the first place.
Row-level access control
Every entity declares its own create, read, update, and delete rules. Ownership rules bind a record to its creator; participant rules bind it to the email addresses named on the record; operational datasets are restricted to administrators.
Least-privilege intelligence
The assistant holds create, read, update, and delete rights on the working datasets it is meant to manage, and read-only rights on pipeline contacts and mesh nodes. It cannot alter revenue or infrastructure records.
Destructive-action confirmation
Delete and archive operations are confirmed before execution by policy, and the assistant summarizes what it did after every action.
Private file handling
Uploaded documents, signatures, and generated media are stored privately and reached only through expiring signed URLs.
Authentication
Email and password with one-time code verification, Google and GitHub single sign-on, password reset, and a protected-route boundary around the authenticated application.
Sovereign identity
Device participation can be established through a hardware handshake and QR token exchange rather than a stored account, keeping mesh presence separate from user identity.
Data minimization
Mesh pairing exchanges only the token required to join, and location is recorded as an approximate hint for routing rather than a precise trace.
Published compliance surface
A dedicated legal hub carries the privacy policy, terms and conditions, cookie policy, and an explicit AI disclaimer that sets out reliability limits, the non-substitution of professional advice, generated-content risks, and human-oversight expectations. An OAuth consent screen governs third-party authorization.
14. Experience & Platform Engineering
The platform is designed for field use as much as desk use, and is built so that a mobile device is a first-class operating surface rather than a reduced version of the desktop one.
Mobile-first interaction
A bottom tab bar on small screens, a mega-menu on large ones, touch targets sized for thumbs, suppressed tap highlighting, and safe-area insets for notched devices.
Installable
A web app manifest and service worker make the platform installable to a home screen, with an offline indicator and background synchronization hooks so work continues through connectivity gaps.
Continuity
Primary tabs stay mounted with their state and scroll position preserved, so switching between dashboard, conversations, forms, and nearby discovery never loses context.
Refresh and feedback
Pull-to-refresh on mobile, loading states on every asynchronous path, optimistic updates on frequent actions, and toast confirmations throughout.
Theming
A dark-first OLED aesthetic with a light alternative, driven entirely by design tokens so the palette, typography, and surfaces change in one place.
Accessibility posture
Semantic markup, keyboard-reachable controls, labelled inputs, and a layout that survives text scaling and narrow viewports.
15. Technical Stack
The implementation favors a small, well-understood dependency surface with platform-native backend services.
| Layer | Technology |
|---|---|
| Frontend framework | React 18 with Vite |
| Styling and components | Tailwind CSS with a component library and design-token theming |
| Animation and layout | Framer Motion transitions |
| Data visualization | Recharts |
| Routing and data | React Router with server-state querying |
| Backend services | Edge-runtime functions with a platform backend-as-a-service |
| Automation | Workflow engine with interval, cron, and entity triggers |
| Data | Schema-declared entities with row-level security |
| Realtime | WebSocket client speaking the Universal Command Protocol |
| Document output | Client-side PDF generation |
| Immersive surfaces | WebGL rendering and interactive mapping libraries |
| Integrations | Brokered OAuth connectors for Google services |
16. Operational Notes & Forward Direction
The following notes describe honest current boundaries of the platform and the areas that see the most active development.
Tunnel bridge execution window
The mesh bridge runs within an edge-runtime execution window and returns a summary at the end of each cycle. Sustained ingest is achieved by rescheduling it in successive intervals rather than by holding a single long-lived execution.
Offline depth
Offline support covers interface availability and queued synchronization for the interactive flows it is wired to. Full offline authoring of complex documents is a deliberate future extension rather than a current guarantee.
Commercial surface
No payment provider is connected at this time. Subscription billing and in-app purchase are the next commercial milestone once a provider is selected and configured.
Analytics scope
Conversation confidence and topic figures are modeled heuristically from answer text and are presented as directional indicators, not validated quality measurements.
Roadmap emphasis
Development attention is concentrated on deeper revenue automation, hardening the mesh ingest path for continuous telemetry, expanding the document pipeline’s template coverage, and packaging the platform as a native mobile build.
